THE ROLE

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Engage with the development team daily to discuss tasks and impediments that the team is facing
  • Coordinate weekly product demos for stakeholders to review iterative builds
  • Ensure the high standard of wireframing and designs through User Experience Research and Testing
  • Understanding the client’s vision and consult with them on business, marketing and people strategies
  • Perform End User Testing on iterative builds to ensure high quality builds are being shipped
  • Continually master industry knowledge, innovate our processes and contribute to our high performance culture.
  • Risk Management
  • Budget Management & Reporting

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for building a strong relationships with our clients and becoming their advocates. You will be advising the clients on a number of key areas:

  • General Marketing Advice & Support
  • Prioritisation of product features to maximise ROI
  • Analytics to support Data Driven Decisions

In addition, you will be also working alongside our development team to assist them with:

  • Product Backlog Management in coordination with offshore Product Owner
  • Coordinating UI/UX Design and Wireframes with our designers
  • End User Testing/UAT
  • Risk Management

Agency Account Management experience is highly favourable.

You will play an important role in making sure that Appster lives up to our brand promises of Fanatical Customer Support, Incredible Execution and Market Knowledge and Expertise.

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Prior knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM applications

 

NICE-TO-HAVES:

  • Startup experience

  • Prior experience in with App or SaaS companies

  • Prior experience with Basecamp or JIRA

  • Prior knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM applications
  • Prior experience of working as part of a team with global operations
