The Role

We are seeking a facilitator for our pre-sales workshops. You will be using our consulting framework working with tech-startups to advise them on:

  • Building a Team / Marketing.
  • Best Design of Features in their Project.
  • What is Suitable to their Budget.
  • Getting their 'Go-to-market' Strategy down.
  • The Steps of being a Startup.

We'll provide training in all of these areas, but you'll excel in the interviews if you have a technology, business or marketing background.

You will play an important part in helping clients get their strategy down and facilitating them into development with our company.

Job Description

  • Meet clients and entrepreneurs with project ideas to be turned into fast-growth startups.
  • Understand clients vision and consult with them on business and people strategies.
  • Gather requirements and design suitable apps establishing Minimum Viable Products within the clients budgets for appropriate phases of release.
  • Work with clients on strategising their products and services in relation to their need for mobile and/or web platforms, connections to existing databases and external hardware (E.g. wearable technology like Google Glass)
  • Continually master industry knowledge, innovate our processes & contribute to our high performance culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • You are a natural facilitator. You make people comfortable by building great rapport but can also guide a discussion influencing clients and giving them certainty for their decisions.
  • You have great experience and a high-level understanding of business development, marketing and technology.
  • You have a passion for innovative, disruptive software technologies.
  • You are an excellent communicator and a great relationship builder.
